Hello people!
I'm here again of course.I often relax in my bed and I'm thinking about what we can do in this shit weather.My friend lives far away to me and I meet with her only in the school. Everybody busy.. I wanna show you what can you do if you are alone or if you bored and you have a lot of time.
In the garden:
if you interested in gardening and the nature this is best for you.Collect the leaves and after take in the compost or burn it all. If you want put aside some leaves for decoration.
You can plant some trees for exapmle fir tree and of course you can make a bird feeder or place it the bird's food on the window sill. I usually wake up for the birds sound. Amazing :)
You can collect the waste that later you will not be problem with it.
Other place:
Visit for your friend or your neighbour.If you like long walks go to nearby lake/park/forest. Relax on the bench or listen to nature sounds. Take some pictures for your environment or yourself. You can feed the ducks/ squirrels and birds.
If you live in the city go shopping, look around, go café with your friend or your Mum.
In the kitchen:
Where is my cupcakes? The basic recipe with pumpkin, strawberry, rapsberry, apple, pear, cinamon, vanilla sugar, chocolate and etc makeit wonderful. Grab the recipe book.Are you addicted for coffee? Learn how to prepare some coffee specialties for example for example real cappuccino, iced coffie, latte
Or make some different tea with milk/ sugar and lemon. The best the pepperment tea. I offer you. You can help relax and the smell's is amazing.
If you like cook, make some healthy food for lunc or dinner for example chicken with rice :D or if you have a dog/cat/ rodent make food for him/her. Hm homemade dogfood..does not sound bad :)
I have already mentioned the hot chocolate? On the colder days helping me to relax. Did you try with white chocolate?
In your room:
First tidy your room! :D When you done enjoy the life: You can surf on the net, listen to music, read a book, take a selfi, do your homework, write a blog, make a video, make a decorate, watch tv/movie, draw, clean your brush, A lof of things. But my best option is the sleep :D
You can do your nails, hair and You can create new makeup.
Don't forget the yoga ! :)
In the bath:
My favourite option is hot, long bath with scented candles! If i have a promblem with something/one and I'm nervous running in the bath. I like listening to music meanwhile. After the bath use lioton to soothe and refresh your skin. It also help to relax. Wash your face, make your hair anything that will help you relax.
If you want use bath bomb, volatile oil, or rose petals.
Oh and the best! Drink wine
