I think in this year many people have done has pledged including myself. In this month I try live healthier. So my first step in this part: I drink water every day.( about 3L or more) I you are one of those who drink just one glass per day. I'll give you an advice. Only the first litres of heavy after your body feel thirsty. The second step: more vegetables, oatmeal and lean meats. Therefore I'm looking for healthier recipes and the next month I will leave the unhealthy meals and foods, of course the sugar and flour too. I hope i can do this :D!
Let's start with the first recipe when i try it:
Broccoli Cream soup
Ingredients:
20 g butter
1 medium red onion
2 cloves of garlic
500 g broccoli
1.2 L water
160 ml cooking cream
salt, nutmeg
Preparation:
1.Take apart the broccoli then wash it first.
2.When the butter melted after fry the chopped onion in it. When a little bit brown then put in the pan pressed garlic too.
3.Put the broccoli to the onion . Pour as much water as cover. Savour with salt ,nutmeg and pepper.
