How to relax

Hy Ladies!
In this fast running world we have a lot of problem. For example money, personal, friend, diet, body etc..
Therefore the people are often nervous. There isn't time for the relax or whatever you want to do. Now I'm not talking about those people who go home and sit down in front of the Tv and watch the meaningless things and eat a lot of sh*t. Now I'm think of those mothers, workers, students (etc) who don't have to time to live, worried for their lives and they are often angry. Now lets see what you can do before go to bed!

Yoga
Yoga is designed for the physical and spiritual awakening forces.The daily yoga exercise is useful in itself, improve health, creating a feeling of good, mental purification and will result in improved quality of life. 
A lot of training based of this, make it pliable. Just need a relax music, yourself and 10-20 minutes. Oh and you do not have to join in group, you can do this at home!

Have a bath
Before you go to sleep take a bath. Open the warm side and wash off yourself the dirty memories. Light a candle, sweeten the water, turn on something relax music. Anything that calms. My version:
coconout foam bath, some candle around the bathtub, slow relaxing music and some healthy food ! Strawberry, melone, banana! Yummy :3 !  I'm thinking of my problem, I'm trying to find a solution. Or just read your favourite book.
