Hy Ladies!
I wanna talk about something different then last posts. In my school i have food preparation lessons. Three theory and three practical lessons. This will be for 3 years after I get a profession of the hospitality. I really enjoy it and I think I have talent for this. We are 7 in one group and my best friend is my partner in the cooking. She is the best ! So Let's start from the beginning.
We have to wear work clothes which consisting of: 

• White hat, white shirt, white trousers, white pinafore, shoes and  two dish towels

So we looks like a butcher :D !Doesn't matter, before we start the work  we discuss each other  the daily  'menu' and we write a short test of that then we prepar the food according to the recipe for 3 people. when we done we get a number 1 to 5 and we serve the teahcer who tell to us his opinion of the meal(s). My teacher is a cook. He has got a small tv series in my town and he worked at the different popular restaurant.

 Okay. Now Let's see what we made 

 This is the simple goulash soup. I prepare a lot of time with my mum but we put into the soup some carrot and beans

 Cold cherry soup with sour cream and rice with chicken schnitzel
 The meat look like Africa :D no?
